UAW gaming workers host luncheon for Chinese and Vietnamese seniors
Dealers and slot technicians from the UAW opened up their union hall this week to host a luncheon for members of the local Chinese and Vietnamese senior communities.
A large group of seniors enjoyed lunch, music and free massages. UAW representatives at the gathering told the group that their union hall will be open to them and other members of the community in the future.
Both the Chinese and Vietnamese communities are well-represented among Atlantic City’s dealers and slot technicians. They are a vital part of the city’s workforce and very active UAW members.
